Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with other staffs, contractors, external personnel, and customers
- Organizational skills to create and manage work plans, goals, and schedules.
- Problem-solving skills to identify requirements about the operation and maintenance of facilities.
- Basic understanding of AutoCAD for floor plans and assets.
This is for a six-month contract, with opportunities for a full contract after evaluation. No educational background required but solid experience as a facilities coordinator is a plus.
