Northern Lights Canada has been providing employment services across Ontario since 1996. Our locations deliver a full range of employment programs and services, and offer links to other programs in the community to help you achieve your employment and training goals.
We work together with our clients to ensure they can access the services they need to achieve their employment and training goals.
Working in partnership with the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities, Northern Lights Canada offers the following Employment Ontario services to job seekers:
Access to computers including high speed Internet, printing, and scanning; telephone, photocopier, and fax machines
Information on job search techniques including résumés, cover letters, and interviews
Job postings and employer, community, apprenticeship, and training information
Workshops and information sessions on a range of employment topics
Information and referral to other programs and services including Ontario Self Employment Benefit Program and Second Career
Northern Lights Canada provides customized services to meet the needs of all job seekers:
Adult
Youth
Newcomers
Laid-off
Re-entering the workforce after an extended leave
Dealing with barriers to employment
To improve access to programs for all Ontarians, Outreach Services are also provided. If travel to one of our offices is not possible, please contact us to determine if alternate arrangements can be made.
