Northern Lights Canada provides employment services in 19 locations across Ontario. We work in partnership with the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities to deliver the following Employment Ontario programs and services:

Job search programs and individual job finding support

Support developing individualized training applications

Referrals to other programs and services in the community and those available through Employment Ontario
Satisfaction ratings with our employment services consistently fall above the 99% mark in all locations.

Outreach
To improve access to programs for all Ontarians, outreach services are also provided. If travel to one of our offices is not possible, please contact us to determine if alternate arrangements can be made.
