- develop an understanding of current labour market trends and the impact on organizations, teams, and individual workers
- situate teams in terms of development phases and devise a plan to promote and sustain a healthy, productive team
- understand the informal roles that members naturally assume and how to capitalize on everyone's aptitudes, talents, and abilities
- create a formal record of everything that has happened to the team since its inception so that the lessons learned can be integrated into future planning
- develop a Tactical Action Plan (TAP) designed to ensure successful completion of identified goals
