The resilient leadership workshop helped me to better identify and understand my strengths and weaknesses as a leader. Now, I feel better equipped to take on leadership roles in various situations and I feel that the techniques and activities I learned will go a long way towards helping me become more resilient and also help others around me to become resilient as well.
