I went back home with a lot of experience and sharing with participants was amazing! Keep the fire burning and in future hold such meetings, because it will benefit other people who are talented and fear to present.

Watching Crystal and Joanne lead the groups through the outdoor exercises and then help them identify their MBTI preferences after each activity really showed me how personality plays a role in what we do and how we do it. It was impressive to see people connecting to their abilities differently as well as to each other.

Crystal learned the value of meaningful experiences when she produced radio documentaries in Ottawa. She honed her ear and her love of music and movement during her experiences as an on-air host and producer. When she left journalism, she carried the lessons of radio with her. She took her ability to make connections and communicate clearly with her into a training career that has included travelling and training in remote locations, managing an airline training department and choosing to deliver training that is meaningful, interactive, and often playful.
Joanne cut her teeth in the deflated Toronto real estate market of 1982, sold her business ten years later and moved into broadcasting and media sales. She wrote the material and starred in her own television show while developing and managing her own training company. This led to a strategic alliance with Northern lights Canada and a move to their corporate training division several years ago. Joanne is a sought after speaker, writer and corporate trainer. She loves music, cooking on a woodstove and pioneering ideas.
